ALL UNDERWEAR SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to health code regulations and company policy, we do not accept returns.
How do I return my order?
You can return the item/s using the Return portal here, this is the only way we can accept your item/s. If you send us your item/s without a return authorization, we will not be able to accept it and it will be returned to sender.
How do I use the portal?
- Click here to the return portal using your order number and email address.
- Select the item/s to return (there will be items that won’t quality for returns and won’t be selectable such as clearance or items beyond 60 days of order date).
- Submit.
- On this portal, you can verify the status of your return request and will be notified via email on every step.
How long do I have to return my item/s?

You have 60 days from your order reception date to make a return request in order to receive a refund.
